I'm reading Blackout, by Connie Willis. Three time-travelling historians from the future get stuck in WW2, at Pearl Harbor, Dunkirk and the London Blitz. The concept is brilliant, but the pacing is awful Laughing

Oh I do mind reading from the pc, I need a BOOK in my hands Smile

that's definitely a problem here, since there are really few books in english - mostly classics like bronte sisters and best sellers like dan brown, other than that, not much

Not reading, but scanned through. This book is amazing i can't believe it exist and i'm sure i won't be able to understand it. It's a Jung notebook that have only recently been published. It's handwritten with many very mystical looking pictures.

Not reading anymore on the moment, but this year I have read the 7 Harry Potter books twice!

And I have read the 13 fantasy books of Terry Goodkind in only 17 days time....(an avarege of 700 pages per book) Laughing Laughing For me those were addictive as hell......

Wow, that's something Shocked

I took a break from 'A Song of Ice and Fire' series to read 'Emperor of Lies'. Really sad book about the Jewish ghetto in Łódź.

I am deeply into the popular Metro 2033 series which are huge here. It is about post-apocalyptic world with people only surviving in the metro

Wild, crazy, that's still pretty impressive Razz

I'm finishing 'Neverwhere' by Neil Gaiman right now and getting ready to read 'Paul of Dune', which my brother bought for me while he was in Helsinki. He says it's pretty good.

(BTW, if Ruud and Maya want, I think we can have that Dune thread to act as total geeks Razz)
